An ad management platform built by Ninja Agency on the official Meta Marketing API — for our team and the businesses we work with.
What is Ninja Panel?
Ninja Panel is a web application operated by Halis Sarıca – Ninja Agency. Our team and our clients use it to manage Meta advertising for many businesses from one place. It connects to Meta only through official APIs and only with the access that a business explicitly grants.
Business connection
A business admin connects their Business Manager with Facebook Login for Business and chooses which assets to share.
Asset inventory
Ad accounts, Pages, Instagram accounts, pixels and catalogs shared with us are listed and kept in sync.
Campaign management
Create, edit, pause and duplicate campaigns, ad sets and ads with the same rules as Ads Manager.
Reporting
Spend and performance metrics per client and ad account, in one view.
Leads
Leads from instant forms are delivered securely to the advertiser who owns the form.
Access control
Roles, teams and approval steps decide who can see and change what.
How Ninja Panel uses Meta permissions
We request only the permissions needed for the features above. Each permission is used for the following purpose:

pages_show_list | List the Facebook Pages the advertiser chooses to use as ad identities. |
pages_read_engagement | Read basic Page information and posts that the advertiser wants to promote. |
pages_manage_ads | Create ads and lead forms that run under the advertiser’s Page. |
pages_manage_metadata | Subscribe to Page updates (for example new leads) so they arrive in real time. |
leads_retrieval | Retrieve leads submitted to the advertiser’s instant forms and deliver them to the advertiser. |
instagram_basic | Show the Instagram accounts connected to the business and use them as ad identities. |
catalog_management | Manage product catalogs used in catalog and sales campaigns. |
Our Meta apps
Halis Sarıca – Ninja Agency operates the following apps on the Meta developer platform. Each app uses only the permissions and data described on this page.

Security and privacy
- Only official Meta APIs. No browser automation, no Facebook passwords, no cookies.
- Access tokens and app secrets are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and never shown in the interface or logs.
- Each agency’s data is separated at the database level; each person only sees the clients assigned to them.
- Sensitive actions are recorded in an audit log.
- Customer lists are hashed (SHA-256) in the browser before they are sent to Meta; raw lists are not stored.
- Platform Data is never sold, and is only used to provide the service to the business that shared it.
Disconnect and delete at any time
A business can remove Ninja Panel from its Business integrations in Facebook settings or disconnect it inside the platform at any time. To delete the data we hold, follow our data deletion instructions.
