Meta apps covered by this document
This document applies to the following apps operated by Halis Sarıca – Ninja Agency on the Meta developer platform:

01Option 1 — Remove the app in Facebook
- Go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Open Business integrations (for business connections) or Apps and websites.
- Find Ninja Panel and select Remove.
This immediately stops our access to your Facebook data. It does not delete the data we already received, so please also use Option 3.
02Option 2 — Disconnect inside Ninja Panel
Administrators of a connected business can disconnect it in Ninja Panel under Meta connections. The access token is deleted immediately and the related data is deleted within 30 days.
03Option 3 — Ask us to delete your data
Fill in the form below or email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request”. Tell us your name, email and — if you have one — your Facebook name or the name of the business you connected. You will receive a reference code that you can use to check the status of your request on this page.
04What we delete
- your platform account (if you have one);
- access tokens and the Platform Data received from Meta for the connection concerned;
- leads and other personal data relating to you;
- contact form messages from you.
If the data belongs to an advertiser’s account (for example you submitted a lead form), we delete it on behalf of that advertiser and inform them.
05What we may keep
We keep only what the law requires — for example invoices and contract records — and a record that your request was handled. If we cannot delete something, we will tell you why.
06How long it takes
We confirm your request immediately with a reference code and complete it as soon as reasonably possible, at the latest within 30 days. Data in backups is overwritten within 35 days.
