Personal data is collected electronically through our website, Ninja Panel and the official Meta APIs. It is processed on the grounds in KVKK Article 5(2): performance of a contract (c), legal obligation (ç), establishment and protection of a right (e) and legitimate interest (f); and, for analytics and marketing cookies, on your explicit consent (Art. 5(1)).

Personal data may be transferred, for the purposes above, to Meta Platforms (to perform the advertising actions you request), to our hosting and email providers, and to authorised public authorities. Transfers abroad are carried out in accordance with KVKK Article 9 and the related regulations.

You have the right to: learn whether your data is processed; request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly; know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction under Article 7; request that these actions are notified to third parties; object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You can send your request in writing to the address above, through registered electronic mail (KEP), or by email from the address registered with us to [email protected], in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. We answer free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
